The Sutton Grange vineyard is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, and the wines are traditionally handcrafted by winemaker Chris Smales. Producing two labels, Fairbank – the original name of the property in the 19th Century, and the Estate range. Sutton Grange Winery is known for its stand alone RosΓ©, acclaimed for its Syrah, and hailed for its experimentation in different varietals.
