Upgrade your festival experience with a reserved Umbrella Package! Enjoy the comfort of a private table, umbrella, and six chairs — perfect for sharing with friends.
Price: $200 per package (plus booking fee at checkout)
*Only one person in your group needs to book this package, and it will be reserved under their booking name. Please note that entry tickets are sold separately.
THE BUBBLES CLUB
Elevate your day with VIP access to The Bubbles Club — an exclusive lounge area featuring premium sparkling wine tastings, including some exclusive pours you won't find anywhere else at the festival. Enjoy gourmet finger food and a relaxed space to unwind between tastings.

WINE MASTERCLASS
Join a local wine expert for an intimate 20-minute masterclass, with a special guest appearance from one of our regional winemakers. Discover the stories, techniques, and terroir behind Bendigo wines in a hands-on tasting experience.
Session time: 12:00pm
Price: $25 per person (plus booking fee at checkout)

Enjoy delicious food from talented local food trucks, plus special appearances from beloved Bendigo restaurants The Woodhouse, The Dispensary, and Le Foyer. Soak up the atmosphere with live music from Baker Boys Band on the main stage, and enjoy the vibrant festival vibes with friends in the stunning Rosalind Park.

If coming by train exit at Bendigo Train Station and walk down Mitchell Street to the park. By car Bendigo is 90 minutes from Melbourne and signs throughout town will direct you to Rosalind Park. We encourage responsible drinking. Taxis and Uber are available.

Love a wine but don't want to lug bottles around all day? We've made it easy.
Browse and buy from our winegrowers digitally – scan a QR code at any vendor stall, or shop online before or after the event. Your wines will be carefully packed and delivered to your door within 10 days of the festival.
How it works:
Shop anytime: Browse online up to 48 hours before the event, on the day, or up to 48 hours after
Scan & select: At the festival, simply scan the QR code at any participating vendor's stall to view and order their wines
Relax & enjoy: No bottles to carry, no queues to navigate – just pure festival vibes
Delivered to you: Your order arrives at your door within 10 days
No registration required. No fuss. Just great wine, delivered.
Prefer to take your bottles home on the day? You can still purchase directly from vendors as usual.

Don't forget to bring everything you need like a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, sunnies, insect repellent, cash for food and your picnic blanket.
Also, make sure you get there early to grab your perfect spot.
Dogs are not permitted at the event. (service animals are exempt from this policy) -

Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for this event.
Event Postponement
If the festival is postponed due to severe weather, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances require full cancellation of the festival, all tickets will be refunded in full.
Event Conditions
Wine tastings are only available to General Ticket holders. Alcohol consumption is not permitted for Alcohol Free Ticket holders.
No BYO alcohol permitted
No animals permitted within the event space (service animals exempt)
Attendees deemed intoxicated will be removed immediately
The Bendigo Winegrowers Association reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who is underage, visibly intoxicated, or behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner
