At Bress, the wine-making process is very simple. It starts in the vineyard, with grapes picked at flavour ripeness. The wine is gently fermented and cared for with minimal intervention and natural yeasts. Their underlying mantra in everything they do is; “Enjoy Life’s Simple Pleasures”.
The cellar door is a picturesque property nestled in the Harcourt Valley with spectacular views of the granite outcrops of Leanganook (Mount Alexander) and the surrounding foothills.
