Balgownie Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

15 March 2011

Balgownie launched the renaissance of the Bendigo wine region in 1969.  Cabernet sauvignon has always been a speciality.  The typically deep and stylish 2008 has black fruit, choc-mint, cedar and bacony oak characters tracking through a middleweight, intense palate of great length, with fine tannins. *****$$$
